Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Construction Manager to shape the successful delivery of complex electrical and industrial construction and commissioning projects.

This role blends hands-on project leadership with financial, commercial, and operational ownership—guiding work from preconstruction through closeout, solving field issues, and delivering power infrastructure customers rely on.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction-management experience (or 6+ with a bachelor’s).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No visa sponsorship offered.
• Relocation within 50 miles of LOCATION may apply; 50 mile radius requirement.
• Relocation assistance available for outside radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical construction and commissioning projects.
• Provide oversight across multiple projects balancing scope, schedule, resources, safety and quality.
• Serve as primary point of accountability for customers, contractors, vendors, and Eaton teams.
• Own project financial performance through forecasting, cost control, and change-order management.
• Mentor Construction Managers and Project Managers, and share best practices.
• Standardize project controls and reporting across the organization.
