Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate your crew while ensuring work meets NEC and local guidelines.

You will develop material lists, read blueprints, coordinate with supervision, and drive safe, efficient on-site execution. Weekend/overtime may be required to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Shows aptitude for reading project blueprints and contract-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work with crew to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
