Job summary

CGS Federal in Albany, NY seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure productions meet ESI specifications. You will coordinate with attorneys and support staff, manage a client-site lab team, and maintain strong communication on deadlines and challenges.

Ideal candidates have extensive Relativity experience and at least eight years in eDiscovery roles, plus five years in supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, data culling, QA, loads, retrieval and review.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles overseeing teams and deliverables.
• Extensive Relativity experience and related certifications (RCA and/or Analytics Specialist) preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure compliance with ESI specifications.
• Consult with attorneys and staff on best practices for ESI conformance and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Keep the client informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals across a client-site lab, including scheduling and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
