Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects in active data centers. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, and Finance to ensure safety, reliability, and on-time delivery.

The role requires five years of commercial construction PM experience, a bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture, and willingness to travel 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities; data center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing both MEP and CSA scopes, including critical equipment replacements and infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, and contractor work.
• Ensure live data center operations are maintained during construction.
• Deliver closeout documentation and lessons learned.
