Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Director of Construction to lead a team of Construction Project Managers and directly oversee large-scale data center projects. You will govern scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring successful delivery across multiple markets.

You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and portfolio reporting while coordinating with internal groups on capital planning and approvals. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a construction‑related field and 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing CSA and MEP construction.
• Data center experience strongly preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Construction Project Managers.
• Directly manage large-scale, high-value, strategically significant construction projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, commissioning, and turnover across assignments.
