CoreSite, LLC in is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager for the East Region (Finance) to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction within active data centers. You will drive projects from business case through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and financial closeout, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience with increasing responsibility; five to seven years preferred.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is required; data center experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracting, and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Coordinate design development, permitting, procurement, vendor management, and construction activities to meet project scope and schedule.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout, ensuring operational readiness and accurate documentation.
• Ensure live-data-center operations are maintained during construction with minimal disruption and risk mitigation.
• Provide routine reports on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
