CoreSite in Reston, VA is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager for the East Region (Finance) to lead capital and operational construction projects within active data centers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, and Finance to deliver projects safely and on time. The role emphasizes risk management, compliance, and customer uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing construction in operating data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of capital and operational construction projects in live data centers.
• Develop scope, budget, and schedule; monitor risks and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, Finance, Procurement and Legal to align requirements and approvals.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout with formal documentation and lessons learned.
