Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers. You will partner with site operations, engineering, design & construction, procurement, and finance teams to define scope, schedule, and budget while protecting customer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of capital and operational construction projects in active data centers.
• Coordinate with site operations, engineering, design & construction, procurement, and legal teams.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and escalation paths.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and minimal operational disruption during construction.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
