Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while coordinating with site operations to protect customer environments and maintain reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is required; data center experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, procurement, contracting, and change management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for capital and operational construction in active data centers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and Customer Experience to define requirements and approvals.
• Develop execution plans, milestones, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and operational readiness during construction and turnover.
• Review designs, permits, procurements, and vendor proposals; manage contracts and change orders.
• Conduct site walks, track progress, manage deficiencies, and verify contractor milestones.
