You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, Finance, and Legal to deliver projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience in operating facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction projects in active data centers, ensuring safety and uptime.
• Develop scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans; coordinate with operations, engineering, and procurement.
• Oversee design reviews, permitting, contractor selection, and change management.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and closeout with stakeholders and clients.
