Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager for the East Region within Finance. This role oversees end-to-end capital and operational construction in active data centers, from business case through turnover and closeout, coordinating with site operations to keep customer environments safe and reliable.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management experience, knowledge of electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems, and a track record of managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably in data centers.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission-critical facilities is required; data center experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction project management in active data centers with safety and reliability in mind.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover with stakeholders.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk and readiness across multiple projects.
• Oversee contractor performance, safety plans, and billing accuracy; manage change and documentation.
