Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to meet safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership and development; conduct performance reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets and plan resource coverage.
• Promote a high-performance culture and diversity in the team.
