CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to own the strategy, modernization, delivery, and operation of customer identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, and Retail channels.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, partner with Product, Security, and Architecture, and drive secure, scalable identity solutions at scale. This role combines technical leadership with strategic program management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management, or related tech disciplines.
• 7+ years of people leadership, including engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategy, roadmaps, and multi-year modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures, and platform engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of CIAM, authentication, authorization, and identity security principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi-team engineering org responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
• Evolve identity capabilities toward a scalable, cloud-native, API-first architecture with secure, seamless customer experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies; ensure timely delivery.
• Own End-to-End Program Plans with tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Define, measure and report metrics and KPIs to demonstrate business outcomes.
• Foster relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors to support the roadmap.
