Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to guide the Customer Identity Platform initiatives. You will shape strategy, modernization, and delivery for identity services used across Health100, Caremark, Retail and Health Services, while building and mentoring high-performing teams.

You will partner with Product, Security and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative CIAM solutions at scale, driving operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software/Platform Eng or related tech roles.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining tech strategy, roadmaps, and multi-year modernization.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team engineering org for authentication services and identity platforms.
• Drive scalable, secure, cloud-native identity architecture and operations.
• Oversee strategy, modernization, and delivery of CIAM capabilities at scale.
• Build high-performing teams and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
