Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a hands-on Lead Director - Digital Engineering for the Customer Identity area. You will shape strategy, modernization, delivery, and operation of CVS Health's identity platforms serving millions of customers across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail and more.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, CIAM or related tech disciplines.
• 7+ years of people leadership including managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategy, roadmaps and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team engineering organization for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first architecture while ensuring secure, reliable customer experiences.
• Define metrics and track business outcomes for identity platforms and enterprise programs.
