CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to oversee customer identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail, Health Services and emerging digital experiences.

This role drives strategy, modernization, delivery and operations, partnering with Product, Security, Architecture and Business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing identity solutions for millions of users.

Competenze

10+ years of software/identity engineering experience.
7+ years of people leadership, including leaders of engineering managers.
Experience defining technology strategy, roadmaps and multi-year modernization.
5+ years of cloud-native transformation and API-first platforms.
Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization, identity security principles.
Budgets, vendor partnerships, workforce planning and tech investments experience.
Proven track record delivering scalable, available platforms with high reliability.
Experience using AI and automation to improve engineering productivity.

Mansioni

Lead multi-team engineering organization for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
Drive the evolution of identity capabilities toward a scalable, cloud-native, API-first architecture with secure, seamless experiences.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive resolution.
Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and report progress to stakeholders.
Define, measure and track metrics and KPIS to measure success and business outcomes.
Build and cultivate relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors to support the delivery roadmap.
