CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to guide the strategy, modernization, delivery and operations of customer identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail and digital experiences.

You will partner with Product, Security and Architecture to deliver scalable identity solutions, manage budgets, and build high-performing teams delivering business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/ platform engineering experience in identity or related tech.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining technology strategy, roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformations and API-first architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team engineering org responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations and platform operations.
• Advance scalable, cloud-native identity capabilities with secure, seamless customer experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Define, measure and track KPIs to measure business outcomes for identity platforms.
