Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead retrofit data center construction. You will direct design, preconstruction, and on-site construction activities, coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and status reports, and present updates to executives. The role requires travel up to 25% and a strong background in data center delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for updates to executives, and Excel for budgets.
• Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned project(s).
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each project.
• Create monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create a base-build program and capital budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Oversee multi-phased site development plans and master campus plans.
• Review pay applications and change order requests from contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for custom deal solutions.
