Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager – Q-Systems to lead design, pre-construction and construction across multiple data-center projects. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to QTS design standards.

The role requires managing multi-campus projects, reviewing designs, overseeing commissioning and maintaining stakeholder relationships to achieve predictable results across complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in building controls, security, and/or low voltage design and construction practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on multiple campuses and oversee design/implementation budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Review project design to ensure compliance with system standards and Basis of Design documents.
• Oversee commissioning efforts to confirm systems operate in compliance with standards.
• Develop multi-phased site development plans to hit time, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent QTS in meetings.
