Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform. You will own data infrastructure, build core datasets, and deliver dashboards and AI-enabled workflows used by platform leadership and producers.

The role sits at the intersection of Investor and Occupier business development, Research, Sales Enablement, and JLLT. You will lead data initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and drive scalable analytics across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering, or applied analytics with increasing scope.
• Advanced Excel, strong SQL and Python (or R), fluency with modern data platforms and BI/visualization tools.
• Familiarity with finance and investment analysis principles in CRE.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Build core datasets supporting Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Design dashboards and self-service reporting for IPS pursuits and leadership decisions.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to replace repetitive analytical work and improve scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Research, Sales Enablement, JLLT, and Operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate system enhancements to leadership.
