Job summary

Veeam seeks a Lead Customer Success Engineer to own the technical success plan for the Securiti Data Command Center platform and drive onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership to identify churn risk, align product adoption with business goals, and support renewal strategies with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
Strong experience conducting technical assessments, driving adoption programs, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is a plus.
Executive stakeholder engagement with CISO/CIO/Chief Privacy Officer.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization; identify churn risk and upsell opportunities.
Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap; influence renewal outcomes.
Engage senior stakeholders with clear risk, status, and opportunity updates.
Perform quarterly value and adoption reviews and build business cases for expansion.
Collaborate on adoption and expansion initiatives to drive customer success.
