Job summary

Veeam seeks a Lead Customer Success Engineer to own the long-term technical success plan for the Securiti Data Command Center. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for enterprise customers, ensuring measurable value and risk management.

You will engage with CISO/CIO and data leadership, translating business outcomes into technical roadmaps while driving renewals and expansion aligned to ARR targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is a plus.
• Preferred certifications in cloud or security domains (see certifications in education).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for the Securiti Data Command Center platform.
• Identify churn risk and upsell opportunities with technical insights.
• Collaborate with CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership stakeholders on roadmaps and value realization.
• Provide quarterly value and adoption reviews and technical health checks.
• Define renewal strategies and expansion opportunities with measurable outcomes.
