Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or life sciences.
- 8+ years in business technology or IT with 5+ years in biotech/pharma.
- Experience leading product/platform delivery, backlog, architecture, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Translate engagement strategies into roadmaps, requirements, and release plans.
- Lead technical delivery for platforms including Veeva, Salesforce, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate on customer data initiatives across HCP, HCO, payer, and patient domains.
- Partner on digital innovation and AI use cases.
- Oversee lifecycle operations, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
