Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to build strong customer relationships and deliver framing solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery and achieve KPIs.
• Drive custom framing sales and manage inventory, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of new team members; support talent development and performance management.
