Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framers to build customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with Store Manager.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Develop selling behaviors and KPI achievement.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing and training.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.
• Acknowledge customers and help locate products.
