Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence, policies, safety and store standards.
• Plan workload, review sales and production, and manage inventory and shrink/safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
