Deepen relationships and guide customers to meet their financial needs.
Provide follow up to customer questions and find solutions.
Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for a consultative conversation.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
Perform daily office duties and balance records; maintain efficient office operation.
Collaborate with Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts.
Gather and report monthly FCA requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Demonstrate ethical behavior per Code of Conduct and Ethics.
