• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure monthly cash counts are completed.
• Gather and report monthly FCA requests in partnership with the Financial Center Manager.
• Perform daily office responsibilities, supporting CSR and Bankers to maintain office efficiency.
• Maintain policy-aligned balancing records and assist others as needed.
• Train newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
