Fifth Third Bank in Mason, Ohio is hiring a Lead CSR/Teller to deliver exceptional service, listen to customer needs, and guide them to the right banking partners while upholding confidentiality and policy compliance.

In this full-time role you will support daily operations, train new staff, handle cash accurately, and refer customers to bankers and partners to meet financial goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact confidently with the public.
• Ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment.
• Act as a leader and a resource for customers and teammates.
• Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care, guiding them to appropriate banking partners.
• Provide follow up to customer questions and address issues promptly.
• Be responsive and timely with correspondence to keep lines of communication open.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer business information.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
