Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to ensure monthly cash counts and FCA requests are completed.
• Perform daily office duties with CSR and Bankers to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and correct outages as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures and apply them consistently.
• Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers or partners as appropriate.
