Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily office tasks with CSR and Bankers to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain balancing records and correct outages as needed.
• Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
• Refer customers to Bankers and partners for proactive solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures and stay updated.
