Fifth Third Bank in Concord, North Carolina seeks a Lead CSR/Teller to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash with accuracy, and guide customers to banking solutions. This full-time role requires independent judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance daily operations with service excellence.

You will train and support junior CSRs, collaborate with the Financial Center Manager on monthly tasks, and uphold the bank's policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Competenze
