Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to Bankers and partners for consultative conversations.
• Deepen relationships by listening to customers’ needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions.
• Be responsive and timely with correspondence to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold ethical standards.
• Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
