Fifth Third Bank in North Port, FL is seeking a Lead CSR/Teller to provide outstanding customer service and support daily banking needs. You will work closely with bankers to ensure accurate cash handling and exceptional service for every customer interaction.

You will also train and assist in mentoring new staff, maintain confidentiality, and help uphold bank policies while contributing to a positive, client-focused experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cash handling and basic banking transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Deepen relationships and guide customers to meet financial needs.
• Provide follow up and resolve customer questions.
• Maintain a position of trust by handling customer information confidentially.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to complete monthly cash counts.
• Refer customers to Bankers for consultative conversations when appropriate.
