Responsibilities include mentoring new CSRs, maintaining accurate cash counts, and collaborating with managers to ensure smooth branch performance. The role requires integrity, initiative, and strong communication within a fast-paced retail

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required with basic financial knowledge.
• Extensive cash handling experience and accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service and refer customers to appropriate partners.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager on cash counts and FCA requests.
• Perform daily office duties and maintain accurate balancing records.
• Train and support new Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the Bancorp Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs and refer to bankers for consultative conversations.
