Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous counter sales, customer service, or related sales experience required.
• Electrical product knowledge and experience in electrical distribution preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to coach and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example at the counter, by phone, and via email with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily counter sales activities for efficient operations and timely service.
• Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and inventory transfers.
• Serve as a resource for counter sales staff with guidance on products and processes.
• Assist with training and onboarding new counter sales associates.
