Qualifications

• Experience in counter sales and customer service is required.
• Electrical product knowledge and distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to coach team members.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead counter sales at the sales counter, by phone and email.
• Support and coordinate daily counter sales activities for efficient operations.
• Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, orders, returns (RGAs) and transfers.
• Mentor counter sales associates and guide on products and processes.
• Assist with training and onboarding new counter sales staff.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Track orders for accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer base and profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and warehouse environment.
• Support general warehouse tasks and stock placement.
