Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience essential.
• Electrical product knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills; comfortable with browsers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter, by phone, and via email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns, and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, stock placement, and will-call prep.
• Proactively track orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Expand customer base and counter sales while growing profits.
