Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Shipboard Portfolio. This hybrid role supports the NSMS program and the Munitions Acceleration contract, offering growth through early planning, cost control, and EAC development.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and ensuring Earned Value management integration, with access to a broad cross-functional team. You will interact with program leadership and functional partners, contributing to baseline development and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance or business.
• Experience interfacing with contracts, operations, engineering and supply chain in program development.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification and financial planning with independence and judgment.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to the Program Team.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and reporting activities.
• Maintain Earned Value Management processes.
• Develop and deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Logs, R&Os).
