Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a motivated finance professional to join Naval Power's DOD/FMS portfolio in a hybrid US-based role. You will lead financial operations, perform EACs, deliver contract data, and partner with Control Account Managers and program leaders to ensure compliant, timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communications, Excel, and analytical skills, with DoD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Deliver Monthly contract deliverables (CDRLs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.
• Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.
• Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team.
