RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Program Cost Controls Professional within the Naval Shipboard Missiles Sub-Strategic Business Unit. You will drive financial analysis, forecasting, and cost control for major production programs, collaborating with PMs and functional teams to meet contract requirements.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and establish ownership of results across the program.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand key business and financial drivers; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and translate insights for leadership.
• Forecast, manage risk, and lead financial planning with independence.
• Collaborate with team members to meet contract, program, and customer goals.
• Provide cost, schedule, and financial analysis/reporting using company tools and processes.
• Develop quarterly EAC and LRE estimates.
