Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Shipboard Portfolio on the NSMS program. You will partner with program leadership to manage costs, schedule, and EVM for a new production phase.

This hybrid role requires coordination across Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain. The position offers exposure to defense programs, risk management and executive-level reporting, with opportunities to influence financial execution

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years; or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification and financial planning with independence.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs, MORs and other reporting activities.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Contribute to development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
