Summit, a brand of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the Corrections segment at a location in Mississippi. You will coordinate and supervise a team in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring meal services start on time and that food portions, appearance and temperatures meet high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, knowledge of proper cooking methods, strong attention to detail, and prior supervisory experience.

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.

• Experience supervising a team.
