Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for its correctional team in Pemiscot County Jail, Caruthersville, MO. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient meal service and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, culinary expertise, and a focus on safety and sanitation, with a client-focused approach to inmate meals and service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.
