Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for our correctional dining team in Farmington, UT. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient meals that meet established quality, portion, and temperature standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training employees in food service and sanitation, ensuring on-time meal service, and maintaining high standards. Ideal candidate has supervisory experience and a strong commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate must have experience supervising a team.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities
