Summit seeks an experienced cook supervisor for its Hernando, MS correctional facility kitchen to coordinate and supervise staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff in food service and sanitation, ensure on-time meal service, proper portions and high-quality presentation, while maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
