Summit, part of Elior North America, invites applications for a Cook Supervisor at our Saint Louis, MO correctional facility kitchen. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals, safety, and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
