Summit in Greenville, MS is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to lead a correctional kitchen team. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes training, food safety, portion control, and consistent meal quality. Strong supervisory experience and a background in high-volume scratch cooking are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Strong product knowledge, friendly customer service, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train staff in all aspects of food service and sanitation to ensure meals start on time and high-quality portion, appearance, and temperature.
