Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to lead the go-to-market for its foundational infrastructure. You will create and land new capabilities with enterprise and research customers, shaping the compute and networking roadmap with field input.

You turn early adopter needs around cluster topology, RDMA networking, and scheduling into tangible product feedback, guiding scale and reliability across GPU deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HPC, data center infra, or GPU cluster engineering with revenue outcomes.
• 5+ years with large-scale GPU clusters and distributed training in a customer-facing role.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed fabrics (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink) and their impact on scale.
• Experience deploying and tuning large Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in core AI infrastructure.
• Drive new business opportunities where compute bottlenecks or network limits impede scaling AI workloads.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, playbooks, and benchmark narratives to accelerate opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise and research buyers as the voice on cluster architecture and network design.
• Design commercial framework for large-scale GPU reservations and MFU modeling.
