Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI infrastructure company, seeks a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services. You will drive commercial and technical strategy for new customer wins, translating field insight into roadmap input and creating repeatable playbooks for sales and engineering teams.

You will work with compute and networking offerings, from GPU instances to high‑speed interconnects, to unlock adoption in enterprise and research markets.

Qualifications

• ;10+ years in HPC or data center infra;
• ;5+ years with large-scale GPU clusters and RDMA;
• ;Experience deploying Kubernetes for GPU workloads;
• ;Familiar with PyTorch FSDP, Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and technical strategy for new customer wins in core AI infra.
• Drive opportunities where compute bottlenecks or networking limit scaling.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback for roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, playbooks, and benchmark narratives for sales.
• Engage with enterprise buyers as the voice on GPU cluster architecture and networking.
